  • How does stress relate to behaviour outbursts

  • Interoception – what is it and why is it important
  • The difference between quiet and calm

SESSION 2: Self-Regulation and Bullying

  • Behaviours that may look like bullying
  • Co-regulation to support victim and alleged bully
  • How to create learning and agency through the experience

SESSION 3: What is Co-regulation and Why it is Important?

  • Parenting 101 – How do we learn to parent
  • Evolutionary understanding of our stress response system and how this impacts co-regulation
  • What we can do when dysregulated and how to lend our calm in their storm
